In normal lingo, relaxation suggests that we relieve ourselves of pressure. Peaceful mind may indicate that the mind is not suffering from tension or energetic. In today’s way of life, this looks hard. Is it not? These days, most of us believe to be feeling stress for the duration of nearly all of the week & settle down simply on the weekends. This is considered as the usual means of life. Is this the appropriate method of livelihood? Is living a relaxed life forever not our privilege? Let us reclaim it.
Awful tension -
If you ask anybody that what is the reason that he/she going through stress all through the week, what response do you anticipate to receive? I have a lot of job to do, deadlines to meet, job to be done, get ready for the new initiative etc. Don’t you trust that something in the vein of this will be the reply?
Lets confer why a number are under anxiety majority of the time. Not many of us react in this manner. We react in strained method whenever encounter any similar circumstance. This custom is causing a huge toll on our value of living.
Pressure - A way of life.
Weve considered worry as a mode of livelihood. A small number of us contemplate why considering to work at such a wild rate and if eventually, we are going to depart from this world with lots of unfinished work, why not in the least work in a stress-free manner? What is the use of running so much , if we slay all the enjoyment. In seeking of a enhanced tomorrow, we slaughter the present. Is it not?
Tensed work condition, worried family life, no time to just wander around doing nothing but watch the nature…Why? It is as if we wish to achieve most in the shortest doable period & hence have no time to calm down Working without rest all through the week is a means of existence for a huge majority. The rise in the number of cardiac attacks, despair etc, are all the consequences of this strained lifestyle. When we get stressed, we look around for the most recent stress busters, latest therapies, etc. to counter the strain.
And then by the time the week gets over, we again go out somewhere to loosen up. Sometimes holidays also drain you, don’t they?
Why not lead a relaxed life throughout the week? Why not work in a comfortable shape of mind? Why get strained? Reflection about our own life is very important if we wish to regain our right to survive serenely. Will it be of use, if we bring some striking pictures of scenery on our computers? Will it help, if we take time to watch a butterfly flying on our screens? The loveliness of a colorful flower. Can it make us little stress-free?
