If you don’t have muscle under the fat you are about to lose, you are undermuscled. So, losing the fat exposes what? A frail, weak body! This is not the goal of most people I know.
Yes, you probably are overfat… meaning you are carrying too much fat for your body frame. But just losing the fat is not enough to expose the body you want. You MUST combine a workout program and nutrition plan designed to lose fat while keeping muscle (or even building muscle). This is how you expose the body you want.
Determine Your Realistic Goals
You did not get the undermuscled and overfat body you now have overnight. It took years of neglect (or maybe a lifetime) to get this way. So don’t expect miraculous changes overnight.
