Many, however, fail to make a bag that people will actually use. The trick to the perfect bag is to choice on the will seem new even after several years of use. One way to ensure you keep it new is by not putting the event date on your bags. With an event date, your bag becomes outdated the moment the recipient leaves the event.
To ensure future use of your conference bags, resist printing dates on them. If you are using them as promotional tools, skip the dates. If you are using them to commemorate something, use the date.
Although conference bags are free items given away, they should be bags that would be desired, and used. With your company’s name on the bag, unless you are a designer, people may not want to carry it everyday. For regular companies, there are key factors to make your bag truly used.
Firstly, the bag must suit the user’s taste and lifestyle. Don’t give laptop bags to fishermen. They need to be able, and want to use the bag. Secondly, resist printing your company name and logo on the front of the bag. Come up with a different way of adding your company identification, preferably one that can be detached. This gives the option to the user as to whether or not to use the name. Lastly, make sure the bag has some sort of style to it. Most people want to carry something stylish.
