Don’t make the mistake of choosing the evening for exercise. For many people, this is not the right time to exercise because they are already exhausted.

One reason why exercise can help you quit smoking is it helps you overcome stress. Instead of going to smoking when you are stressed, exercise gives you a good alternative.
