Everybody is worried, as well as, apprehensive when it comes to the financial status of the global economy for the year 2009. Financial experts have said that the damage of what happened to the financial crisis of the United States of America will be felt next year. Thus, companies all over the world have become more strict when it came to their expenses. Budgeting for next year’s expenses is expected to be more complicated as one needs to tighten the belts in certain areas.
It is expected that budget for Marketing, Training, HR Development projects and IT projects will be cut. Implementation of cost cutting measures are expected. This is the scenario until the financial tsunami has passed us by. Everybody needs to stay afloat.
However, even if management will decide to cut off certain expenses. There will still be some expenses that management cannot do without. As much as they want to save, in order to make more money, they need to continue to improve the services of the company. This is the only way to survive. Automation is one way by which one can improve it’s services. To be able to do that, certain kinds of software or programs are needed. These programs are not just bought off the rack. The company where you will buy it from will give you a demonstration on the benefits of the installation and implementation of the system.
It will go through Automated Software Testing and Manual Testing. This will always be done within the confines of the policies and procedures of the company. The testing stage will include steps to correct the errors found. When all is well, installation, orientation and evaluation of the program are expected.
So you see, management is well aware that there are certain expenses that one cannot do without. But they make sure that there is a definite ROI or return of investment within the next year or so.
